Protect Your Focus
Not every opportunity is your assignment, and not every invitation deserves your yes. With each passing day, I am learning the power of saying “no.” The empowered woman understands that focus is not accidental—it is intentional and disciplined. In a world filled with noise, endless options, and constant demands, protecting your focus is an act of leadership. If your desire is to start a business, you must intentionally dedicate time to building that vision. That requires honestly evaluating how you allocate your time and energy. What needs to be removed from your to-do list because it no longer aligns with where you are headed? For me, 2026 is about paying close attention to how many weekends I give to other people’s visions instead of nurturing my own—whether in ministry or in the marketplace.
